      Pros

      Really love working here. Amazing product that works--super rare in ad tech. Great sales team, good compensation structure. Management is accessible and open/honest. Amazing culture in the office, solid work/life balance.

      Cons

      Still a startup forging its path. Lots of new ideas are tested and either work fast or fail fast. Seems a little ADD sometimes, but that's also the fun of a startup. Spend less money on food/drinks in the office and give us more money in our pocket.

      Great office atmosphere, everyone is really friendly and inviting and willing to help when necessary

      sometimes lack of direction, may be lashed out for inefficient work without giving clear indication of what is wrong

      Smart people / No egos!

      Pros

      I love working with smart and diverse group of people. Especially those with no ego! There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skill and everyone is encouraged to continue learning and improving existing skill-sets. The office is in a fantastic location with more than 100 restaurants in walking distance.

      Cons

      Its a fast growing company so there are plenty of challenges, in particular communication across offices in five time zones.
