      Overall a Good Company

      Pros

      * The people are nice. * No layoffs (at least in R&D), so there is better job security compared to other companies. * Family-friendly policies – leave early to pick up kids, long maternity leave. * The kitchen is stocked.

      Cons

      * Base salary is okay, and stock options are low, so total compensation is not very competitive compared to other companies. * They have started strictly enforcing 3 days in the office and do not allow missing a day for any reason. * The company’s business doesn’t seem to be growing.
