Cons

Once Indian management stepped in, everything started going downhill. Here’s how it really works: Promotions and raises are less for normal employees and good if you're part of someone's inner circle Freshers with 1–3 years of experience are hired in bulk cheap labor, no real mentorship Decisions are made to impress foreign stakeholders, not to actually improve operations or culture Transparency is a joke. People at the top paint a pretty picture while squeezing teams for every ounce of output Toxic hierarchy. Voices from the ground are ignored. Managers kill any initiative that threatens their control Good people leave, and they’re replaced by yes-men or clueless juniors Everything looks good on PowerPoint, but the day-to-day? Disorganized and demotivating

Cons

Working in the support side of Taboola used to be challenging in a good way. Now it’s just exhausting. The current Indian leadership has taken what was once a strong, capable team and turned it into something that feels more like a call center. The new leadership has not been able to prove their worth. Instead of taking responsibility, they keep blaming the team without taking the time to understand what is really going on. There is no effort to look at data or facts. Just assumptions and criticism. This kind of attitude has drained motivation. People feel ignored and unappreciated. Many are looking to leave while others are just doing the minimum to get by. There’s no clarity, no real feedback, and definitely no inspiration from the top.
