      Upside? If you do end up there, you’ll definitely lose your rose-colored glasses.

      See all those open jobs? How long do you think they’ve been posted, and why is it so hard for Taboola to fill even the most in-demand roles? The answer’s simple: they’re not really hiring, just pretending to grow. The company is a mess inside. If you apply, fine, but don’t expect much just because you got a test task. Treat it only as practice for yourself. There’s over an 85% chance you’ll be rejected after a few weeks, and your test work might be used by them anyway — they won’t tell you. Protect your energy and don’t waste time on things that don’t matter. Taboola talks a lot but doesn’t deliver — it’s not about the people, it’s just how the market is.
