      Pros

      - Good benefits (grubhub credit for lunch, healthcare, unlimited PTO, etc) - Good location - Cool office - Great work life balance

      Cons

      - micromanagement culture - no clarity or direction from management. They are very unwilling to help out and are separated from what is actually going on. - Clear favoritism from management - Always reminded of what you aren't doing without appreciation for hard work and results - No salary increases for tenured employees creates lack of motivation

      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of great people from around the world. Taboola also provided a lot of gifts and perks to its employeess.

      Cons

      Some of the cons include long hours and the expectation to always be available since it is always 9-5 somewhere in the world. Senior management tends to be incredibly risk adverse and would take an incredibly long amount of time to make any decision. Those decision would tend to not stick and had a habit of often changing at a moments notice. Turn-over rate was very high at Taboola.
