      Pros

      Taboola has great benefits, a positive culture and supports their employees. Working here, I've had the best work life balance of my career. Management is approachable and generally communicative. Also, Taboola offers generous parental leave. The NY office is centrally located, clean and has great snacks/drinks and bagel breakfasts. We have a lunch stipend, which is great.

      Cons

      Taboola currently has a hybrid work policy with 2 assigned days in-office and 3 days working from home. I personally would prefer to choose my in-office days or have more flexibility to work from home. I've also heard that compensation for some roles isn't comparable with other similar companies.

      Pros

      Health benefits are competitive. Decent site roster to represent. Nice office (if you live in NY or LA).

      Cons

      Product and engineering teams are incompetent. No experience in advertising, at all. Exec team doesn’t understand media. Senior regional leadership provides no real value, never interacts with clients. Leadership (overall) lacks an understanding of “what’s next” in advertising and fails to put the company in a position to compete.

Often our best ideas come from Taboolars (even if it's not their area of expertise), so if you have ideas involving education, interaction with clients, and company vision, we'd love to hear them.
