      Amazing people! Everyone is extremely nice and very eager to help. Company culture is as good as it gets, you feel that as an employee you are equally if not more important than clients in the eyes of the company. It feels like Taboola works for its employees before all.

      Cons

      Some micro managing at points. This varies massively across teams. Some have more some have non what so over.

      I have joined Taboola in 2019 and I don't regret my choice. Taboola offers a healthy, rich environment where each employee is an individual, not a number, which is one of the strengths of the company. Working in Ad Tech you need to be on top of things, learning everyday, being able to be extra creative, so when you give a lot to a company and this company gives you back a lot, you can't put a price on that! It's also very flexible (thank you Covid!), no one cares if you have a dentist appointment at 3pm as long as you are delivering your work. The culture is very strong and I am impressed we keep having that culture even when growing so much.

      Cons

      Career development can be a bit limited to become a manager/team lead, unless a manager leaves.
