      Culture,; business genuinely cares for its employees, benefits, work environment, commitment to improve across employee survey metrics etc. Strong work culture, fast paced and action oriented, great if you like working with bright, smart people solving business challenges and problem solving

      Pros

      Hands down the best company I've worked for (and I worked for quite a few). You can tell people are selected carefully to keep the good office atmosphere and a lot of great minds to learn from each other. Plenty of perks, great office, paid lunches, breakfast, good salary with regular reviews and significant increases.
