Pros
A very good and professional working atmosphere. It is not a strictly prescribed culture, but the joint ambitious building of something special. The inspiring atmosphere, which you feel from the first day, is based in particular on the open and always helpful attitude of each employee. Culture is lived by people here.
Cons
Due to the strong growth, in addition to the high-performance work reality, it is not always easy to follow the rapid changes. This is not unusual in a hyper-growth. But I think it would be great to have a little more room for long-term strategy coordination, especially for the individual units.
