      Everyone is awesome and willing to help you, especially when first starting out.

      Cons

      In-office policy even when your higher ups are in other offices. If you've been here to long you'll eventually be very underpaid

      Sales Manager Growth

      Pros

      As an IC my colleagues make it a fun place to work but leadership is not included in the positive (see below)

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the sales managers and account managers in the Growth team. The leadership continues to make it more difficult to pay this specific team even though it generates the most revenue. The new leadership is fostering a culture that is extremely micromanaged even for top performers.
