      Pros

      Great place to begin a career or grow your career. Was initially very skeptical about joining the company for various reasons, but found that no matter your "title" or seniority, everyone will respect and listen to your opinion (whether its a peer or the founder/ceo himself). Super refreshing to see the management team walk around and talk to anyone and everyone.

      Cons

      Lot of opportunity as a public company, be less promotional in financial comms. Could be seen as a startup culture - which is a pro or con depending on your personality, but provides huge growth potential

      There's a career path and people are recognized when they deserve it.

      Cons

      Going public has taken a hit on the company and things are looking very unstable at the moment.

      Pros

      Smart, positive, diverse colleagues from all over the world. First-rate clients, interesting work. Supportive managers. Superb support services for all relevant tasks. Sophisticated content science. Adequate funding for freelancers. You get your own desk even when working hybrid (no hotel-ing). First-rate equipment including laptop and office phone. "Unlimited" vacation. Able to WFH 2 days/week. Solid benefits package. Fabulous breakfasts, snacks and subsidized lunches when in office. Regular employee surveys.

      Cons

      Reimbursement for prescriptions less than at previous job. No lockers for so that you can leave laptops, etc. at work overnight. Office credit card requires pre-approval of all purchases. Mandatory three days in office for most people.
