Cons

Advantage for the person that shouts the loudest. Part of the management is very toxic. Mission is generating $$$ by putting trash in front of consumers (like most of the advertising industries).

The employees here are one of a kind. Truly great people to work with! The office is fun, the kitchen is stocked to the gills with delicious snacks. Employee Experience is a high priority
