Good work - life balance Working with great various technologies (different Data bases, MQ, different services and so forth) so it's a great place to learn a lot Great personal - most of the people are happy to help and share their knowledge Great benefits !!!

Cons

Company is growing rapidly which has its drawbacks Not a lot of room for career mobility managers could certainly use some guidance
