Extra-selective hiring process brings together a wonderful group of people, both socially and professionally. Fantastic offices. Taboola trying to make hard working employee enjoy their time at the office, and indeed we don't miss a thing. Any need is being met. The senior management is very talented and strong. I have a full belief in the company's future.

Cons

Time to market is gold, and the pace is not suitable for anyone.

I’ve been working as an Algorithm Engineer at Taboola. The Taboola team of people is great and there is a fun and positive atmosphere in the company. I like that the company is constantly striving to evolve and improve their internal processes and that the middle and senior management are a strong and good influence on the team. The working hours are extremely flexible and as an R&D engineer I love working in an environment that uses cutting-edge technologies like real-time Deep Learning and big data at scale.

Cons

My commute is long - I spend 2 hours on the roads as I live outside of Tel Aviv.
