We appreciate the time you took to write this review. It’s true that Taboola has many Israelis in leadership, however not all of our executives are from Israel (about two-thirds are, currently.) We do want to make sure we’re inclusive, and speaking Hebrew around an English speaking office might be undermining that intent and we will use this opportunity to reinforce this message. Providing a clearer career path is a big goal for us, and we’ll continue working to make choices available to employees interested in taking on new challenges, adding more skills and experience. While we believe we have done a good job promoting existing employees to management positions, we do agree it is a challenge as we keep growing at the current pace. The HR team is working to develop a management training plan for all first-time managers as well as advanced and ongoing training for current managers.
