      Pros

      Lots of interesting projects, and opportunities to grow and learn. Flexibility WFH policy. Nice employees. A lot of fun engagement event, pin pong tournament, picnic, and team outing.

      Cons

      Since Taboola is a global company, need to dealing with different time zone. (Working very early or very late)

      Pros

      I enjoy working with smart people on the latest technologies and techniques. We have opportunities to learn from peers and also learn on my own. We implement SCRUM to help us focus on company goals. We work on projects involving our R&D centers across the World (Tel Aviv, LA, Taipei). This means we get to travel overseas to meet our peers in the other offices.

      Cons

      We have a lot of important projects so we really need to hire more talents!

      Pros

      A lot of people who leave go to FAANG companies so there is a strong pipeline there. Annual sales conference was the best perk but that has been remote the due to COVID. Hopefully it comes back! There also used to be breakfast, lunch, and drinks in the office. These have all been pulled back.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. Especially if you've been here a couple of years. Only the favorites get raises. Everyone else gets 3%. Come in at a number you're comfortable being at for your entire time here. Also account managers have sales quotas here which is bizarre.

Regarding your comments on compensation; our top performers will be rewarded differently due to our pay for performance model. If you feel you’ve been treated unfairly, please reach out to your HRBP to discuss. Breakfast, lunch, and drinks are still available in the New York office. The pandemic necessitated changes in how we provide these perks, but they are still part of our office culture. If you haven't been in recently, we encourage you to check it out.
