      Pros

      Beautiful offices, fully stocked kitchen, friendly co-workers - everyone helps each other, competitive benefits. Fast-paced get-it done environment. Great place to get an overall market experience.

      Cons

      Be aware: it's a startup mentality organization, constantly-changing processes, which are not in the best shape yet. So expect some growing pains there... Compensation is okay but it could be more competitive.

      Pros

      There is an emphasis on transparency and open communication; people are encouraged to try new things to add value and are allowed to learn from their mistakes without reprisal; the company continues to focus on everyone feel included and part of the larger organization even though we are a global company with multiple countries and cultures involved,

      Cons

      Some processes should be standardized to make it easier to operate in a large, matrixed, global organization; it's a smaller company so does not lead to significant upward movement, but allows for real skill enrichment and having a bigger impact.

      -Fast-paced get-it done environment -Genuinely nice and collaborative people who will help you -Amazing Benefits! Unlimited PTO, 26 weeks family leave, extensive healthcare benefits, free Peloton membership, etc. etc. -"If you succeed we all succeed" -Transparency and availability from senior leaders

      Cons

      -You have to be the kind of person who is a self-starter and drive your own projects. So not really a con, but something to be aware of if you want to work here. -Since Taboola is still evolving from a start-up, there are some growing pains in terms of processes
