      Pros

      The Senior leadership at Taboola is remarkable. They are all very engaged and have many years of tenured, hands-on experience. Taboola is also a place where you can bring your full self to work.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but there is a lot of intensity at such well-grown company. It's a very numbers and data-driven organization, and there is no room to phone it in.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and the company is very pro-employee. There is a lot of focus on making sure employees are happy and healthy. The office space is fun, the kitchens are stocked with an insane amount of food and snacks. What you put into it is what you get out of it. The company moves fast but if you're not afraid of change, your job can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Lots of unnecessary extra steps and processes to accomplish one thing. There doesn't seem to be one high-level leader who is good at streamlining.
