Running like a mature startup + great people to work with!

Pros

Lots of talented and good engineers to work with and fun events at work to make it fun as well - Currently we are having a Ping Pong tournament and next will be foosball tournament! If you want to see impact you made, there's lots of opportunities for building new features and/or new products. The LA RnD part has mature startup feel, develop fast and push for delivering feature and scale things only if there's need. It is not a relax job here and you do get challenge and are accountable for delivering, but it is reasonable and still have work life balance.

Cons

The salary here is not like Google or Facebook, but also not like small startup.
