Pros

The biggest pro is I feel valued as an employee. Leads are willing to listen to and implement feedback and ideas. The culture is wonderful, not just in the local office but dealing with employees worldwide. Also they've been very flexible with working options during the pandemic.

Cons

No downsides to the job itself; though maybe the company could do a better job at publicizing what we do, since there is still some perception of as a click-bait company, which is incorrect. How much we do help publishers seems to get lost.
