Taboola is an amazing place to work. There is so much room for growth internally and constantly promote within. There are so many amazing perks, and flexible work from home options. There are always so many events going on in the office and it is such a fun place to work.

Cons

Salary is slightly under what is competitive currently.

-flexible PTO -breakfast and lunch served everyday -stocked kitchens and fridges -planned company activities such as happy hours, relaxation days, movie nights, picnics, etc -great people -1 week intensive training then 6 months of ramp up & training -inclusive culture

Cons

-not much room to grow -average salaries -difficult quotas to hit -too many cooks in the kitchen to get contracts approved -micromanaging bosses
