-Profitable growth business, leader in the industry -Performance driven leadership team (lots of opportunities to learn and make impacts) that also cares about their people and values transparency -Nice and fun coworkers who are helpful and good intentioned. Minimum politics -Strong benefits, parental leave policy and competitive compensation for top talent

Cons

-Some employees feel entitled for more benefits and perks which are already very rich -stock price (probably true for the whole industry and stock market -typical growing pain as a post start-up company with ambitious goal
