It's great to be part of a wining team. Work is full with interesting challenges, and it's a good feeling to be part of a team that cracks such challenges. People are smart, friendly and the overall culture is very transparent and a-political.

Cons

There is a lot of work obviously, and management expect a lot from people, so everyone has to work hard. Not for people that want work/life balance
