* People - top notch professional engineers, many people stay for years and years. * Scale - there are just a few companies that has that scale * Grow - there are lots of options to grows professionally * WLB - hybrid, flexible, many people have families

Cons

* some people doesn't like to work on on-prem and prefer cloud * velocity might be slow for some people

Pros

There's a culture of caring and sensitivity attention that stands out in 1-on-1s and even in interviews. No negative experiences with dealing with others and people are pretty open minded too

Cons

A lot of decisions are made by others and you're a small screw in the cog with no decision making power so mostly even if you tell management what they could be doing wrong they might not be able to change things
