Pros

Some people are quality, intelligent and nice.

Cons

Some people are sub-par. The company keeps unprofessional employees as if they were wine that might get better with time. Direct manager is the worst I've ever seen but can give a nice show. HR/the organization does not care. Salaries were grossly manipulated towards implementation of the new equal pay law, and they post about it as if it's a methodology. Side note - events are consistently bad.
