Pros

I enjoyed everything about the corporate restaurant but once it went franchise I lost all desire.

Cons

The crew was given short notice about the management change.

Pros

Generally we had a pretty fun friendly crew. Advancement with the company is good about basing it on performance.

Cons

Taco bell actually holds itself even above food safety standards of the state which is ridiculous. They are always changing products which makes it hard to maintain a normal customer base. People complain daily about new items and old ones leaving and it can get annoying.
