Hours, quality of life is rough dealing with all the time crunches and new menu items, sometimes feels like it's all about the numbers.

Pros

Taco Bell has very simple systems to learn and execute. Especially for people from outside the food industry you are able to shorten the learning curve.

Cons

As a store manager there was little work life balance. You are always open and therefore always on the clock and at the mercy of someone not showing up for work to have to drop everything and go to work.
