Pros

You get plenty of hours and depending on the time of season, 8 hour shifts breeze by.

Cons

Management takes forever to fix things around the store. All of the employees have to be scripted when greeting customers and there are rules for literally everything ie the number of napkins you can pass out, etc

Pros

Offered ability to cross train (wasn't stuck in one position), restaurant management listened and made changes where they could. I was able to move from crew member to Shift Leader in a matter of 6 months because of my past leadership experience.

Cons

The pay they offer is bad, but compared to most other fast foods not awful. Even for being promoted to a shift leader what you have to deal with from customers/employees does not match the pay.
