Pros

There are some strong franchisees in the system that are driving the brand performance. They are implementing a lot of technology.

Cons

There are a lot of dissatisfied people in upper level management positions, some of which are simply riding out their last years to retire. The culture over the past 3 years is to drive out good people and replace them with new people just for the sake of change and with little results to show from it.

Pros

Hours are very flexible, good job for students, nice bonus plans for the management who works to get it and trains their employees correctly

Cons

not very understanding to management when personal emergiencies come up, Most salaried managers work well past the 50 hours and they do not get paid for this since it is a salaried position. It takes at least twice as long for women working for this company to advance than it does men.
