Pros

Depending on the store but mostly you'll find a friendly and relaxed enviroment, if you are customer service oriented you will enjoy serving people. If you are a very energetic person you will find a match with this highly paced and very phisycally demanding job.

Cons

Pay is rather low with very little additional rewards, but if you show skills your pay is improved with time, also always understaffed and people get overworked all the time.
