Pros

The job itself was easy. Dealing with all the call outs, no shows, miscreants and customers was the rough part.

Cons

Long days. ZERO balance between work and home. Forget about every seeing your family.

Cons

STRESSFUL. No pay would ever be enough to give up your whole life for a company. Because they definitely don’t believe in off days. If you do get a chance for an off day expect your phone to get blown up by everyone. Sacrifice your whole personal life and all for your area coaches, market leaders, etc. to not give a crap about you. “People first” they preach but their actions won’t back it. They lie to you, they never EVER come to your store even if you ask. They say to ask them for help but the one or few times you do they just get condescending and act like you are dumb and they DO NOT HELP OR LISTEN TO YOU EVER. Don’t take this job. I’ve seen it over my years bring misery to the once happiest people.
