      Mistreat, lie and set employees up for failure

      Pros

      Working from home was a pro until they announced they would be getting rid of it after multiple years of working from home

      Cons

      Management is extremely poor. They lie and mistreat their employees. In the last 2 weeks they have fired at least 7 people for absolutely no reason. Place did a complete 180. I think they are purging their employees because they need to cut costs.

      Thank you for your feedback! As the CEO I'm very concerned if you believe our leaders lie & mistreat associates and would welcome additional clarity on how you came to these conclusions. It is not in Tailored Management's best interest to do anything other than empower our associates. I don't have knowledge of the 7 terminations you reference but am very interested to learn any knowledge you have or why you believe these individuals were terminated for no reason. I take these comments very seriously and would like to take immediate action if you can assist with providing additional information.
