      Pros

      They do some fun things to treat staff. Fun place to join if you’re fresh out of college.

      Cons

      I’ve never seen more toxic leadership. I read in someone else’s review from 2021 that it’s a boy’s club culture. Looks like nothings changed since I’ve been there. Brad Beach is quite the chach with his slicked back hair. At some point they’re going to get sued for their highly inappropriate behavior. Kind of wish I was to see it.

      Pros

      The Pay is decent and very clear. There was no negotiations or tricks, they just said what they paid and everyone on the same level gets the same. When they start hiring at a higher rate, everyone automatically gets a raise. Sometimes there are lulls in the work Meaning you can have a long paid break.

      Cons

      Management is incoherent. It is always unclear what is going on or what we are doing next. Understaffed. High Turnover, very experienced means like 4 months experience. Very much a "Boys Club" inappropriate jokes and comments are widely tolerated.
