      Pros

      No hassle with pay checks on time with no worries about uneeded hassle for working there. Communication is adequate with emails frequently.

      Cons

      You have to request certain things that would normally be given, the website you use is a bit outdated and sometimes the emails will be non specific to your job.

      This Culture Should Be Cancelled

      Pros

      The flexibility of the environment and workspace is second to none. Work life balance exist from where you can work. They are great at establishing new relationships with clients, and bringing in more and more desirable clientele.

      Cons

      They require you to stay "on call" all the time, but the pay does not reflect that. The culture is very immature to say the least. They have a high turnover, in part because of the lack of experience by the people who are in the leadership roles. Discrimination is prominent here by the staff, but not addressed by the owner/ executives. The lack of diversity at this day in age is simply sad.
