They’ll tell you there is, but only a select few already in leadership will get the additional growth opportunities. - ever since the riff in 2023 culture has drastically declined. The US office is a ghost town. Offshore teams are very kind and nice to work with, but the US office was completely neglected after expanding offshore post-riff. People continue to leave. - increase in micromanagement: it didn’t used to be like this, but things change. They don’t trust their team and any minor error warrants a coaching. An unsaid expectation now is that there is no room for mistakes according to leadership since business is challenging. - CEO is disconnected and focusing energy on a startup project. You’d think he’d want to focus on his only money making business.
