      Pros

      The opportunity to learn and develop your career is phenomenal. If you have the drive and determination, the opportunities are endless. I've learn more working for Tails.com than I have all of my previous roles combined. What makes this place special is the people. You work alongside some super intelligent, good human beings. It feels relaxed and everyone is free to just be themselves. We have over 15 dogs in the office everyday which keep you connected to why we do what we do... and it's also really fun. Daily breakfasts, bottomless snack cupboard, regular celebrations... there's always something fun happening.

      Cons

      When I say we work hard, I mean it. Sometimes I feel like I'm reaching my limit but just when I feel like it's getting too much, things calm down and I'm able to enjoy things again.

      Amazing work environment!

      Pros

      An absolutely amazing place to work. From the moment I received my initial phone interview, to getting the job, to day-to-day work life - everyone has been super friendly and great to work with. The interview process was well managed and "indogtion" was an excellent idea to make new employees feel welcome. Lots of thoughtful gestures and team events throughout the year. There are plenty of dogs in the office to pet, so when you're having a bad day you can destress. Senior management is approachable and down to earth, giving great insight to the business and our future goals. Tails.com has a culture where you feel supported and pushed to be your absolute best. You really feel that everyone is giving it their all to reach the goal of changing the world of pet food for good.

      Cons

      Longer working hours than your usual 9-5. As mentioned in the previous review, if you want a relax and chill, this is not the place for you. There could be more diversity in the workplace.

      Best thing that happened to me

      Pros

      - Great support from management - Knowledge sharing - A ton of smart and passionate people to work with, learn from and get inspired by - Lots and lots of dogs - Great product, smart tech and creative marketing - Lots of room for personal growth - A lot of out-of-office activities that really help building a bond

      Cons

      If you're the type of person that likes to chill with a cup of tea in the morning , or you're the "this isn't in my job description" kind of person, maybe it isn't for you. Tails is on a serious mission to change the world, and you better be ready to get out of your comfort zone and put in the work. Only real con are the passive-aggressive emails and chat messages about things like dirty dishes left behind - is it really the end of the world if someone left a cereal bowl in the sink and forgot about it?
