Hired during very busy time, no real training, rushed through some presentations, they don't have time to teach, have to ask for every little thing

Nice place to work, great games, challenges and experience.

Cons

Low salary, no social life support, same routine, overtime not paid, no space to grow, one small mistake can cost you any chance to grow although limited, unless you know the right people. No pay rise.
