Co-workers are nice. A lot of access to product information. Weekly pay.

Cons

Absolutely no support for “diversity hires”. No transparency. Management won’t communicate openly. Minimal training but high expectations. Corporate won’t pay associates a decent wage so constantly low staffed. Active sabotaging of minorities. DEI Counsel just panders, no action.

Pros

Close-knit community. The ladies are so sweet they treated me like family. It was a professional environment, but they were very nurturing when training new workers. It wasn't a stressful group to work with.

Cons

It was hard being on my feet so long, personally. I have bad feet, so I realized retail was not for me (but I needed to make money). But of all places I've worked retail, this was my favorite.
