Pros

I like to work for this company, because it has nice and trusted clients. I received a lot of training, so I got the chance to learn more and to develop new skills. Both teammates and managers are reliable and helpful. Everyone is very friendly. Pay is very competitive for the work that we do.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Communication between departments can be improved.

Pros

This is a churn and burn company- Avoid... Unless you like micromanagement, then this is the place for you.

Cons

The way some employees are treated is despicable. They are talked to as though they are children. The initiatives and guidelines are constantly changing. "Throw anything on the wall to see if it sticks" mentality by upper management.

Sales positions are not for the faint at heart .Challenges have to be faced, and the selling skills that are taught during the extensive training period provided - have to be deployed - to be effective. Potentially successful Sales people, view coaching and continuation of their training as an asset. Those who do not hold such potential view this coaching assistance differently. Each new Sales person is expected to bring additional value to the already successful Team.
