Sai People is the ONLY recruiter / headhunter / contract firm I ever sent a registered-letter threat to sue because of their marketing practices, which besides being illiterate and execrable, also constituted actionable SPAM. I would frequently receive half a dozen emails a day from half a dozen different Sai recruiters, all begging me to work for them for below-H1-B wages. And then the next day, they all would send the exact same useless, needless, and unwanted email.

Cons

After I sent a credible written threat to both sue and pursue criminal charges, they finally stopped SPAMMing me.

It's almost like science, they have a proven process and you just had to follow it. Just love working with their staffing managers. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Got me hired as an entry level manager in a company and everything has been great since. All this thanks to the Talent Logic team!

Cons

I can't think of any negatives. If I ever find myself out of the job, this would be the first place I would go.
