Pros

Excellent A list clients. Challenging interesting work. Competitive Pay were willing to do 2 thirds W2 and one third Per Diem worked out nicely on both take home and taxes...

Cons

Working as a contractor you invariably get the work no one else really wants to do - wound up doing 1/3 technical and 2/3 audit compliance in a Senior Tech role.

This company is decent at best.

Cons

I started working for TalentBurst and long story short my paychecks were getting taken from me when they shouldn’t have been. Due to some error on their end that should have never been made that they refuse to fix. The point being just exercise caution because I’m now out thousands of dollars because of this company that I’m not going to get back due to weeks of working for free. It’s also next to impossible to receive any sort of response from them in regards to speaking to upper management or corporation.

They always have job assignments

Cons

There is no growth, raises are slim to none! They aren’t for their employees, they are more for the companies they service. They have no sick time or personal leave days.
