As a former Entry-Level Recruiter, calling this company a scam is an insult.
Pros
I used to work with TB back in Late 2020/Early 2021 as an entry-level Recruitment professional. This company specializes in contingent workforce labor/contract-based positions. In terms of the job itself, being a recruiter is no easy task especially in a contract-based environment where people are not guaranteed an FTE position. The team at TB genuinely feels like a family, and your voice will be heard all the way from an account manager to the COO of the company during any meeting. I've learned so much from working with this company; given the amount and scale of clients they bring in/work with it's no wonder they have a wealth of knowledge to share. For people who say that this company is a fraud/scam, they are completely wrong. What probably happened is that they were asked for information that legally allows a supplier to submit a candidate's resume over to the client that they are working to fill a req for and are screaming scam because that is the norm today. I find it extremely frustrating when I have a great candidate on the line and never hear from them again because they suspect something is wrong and fail to do any research on their own.
Cons
Requisitions given by the team are extremely hard to navigate through as an entry-level professional. Sometimes you may be on the phone back-to-back the entire day without even a single candidate to show for submittal to a client for a wide variety of reasons. Additionally, pay rates offered by this company are on the lower end and not very competitive for entry-level candidates, especially in the market we find ourselves in today.
