I genuinely worry about people who are considering this place for work, your ambitions are going to be crushed, your time and energy wasted, and your self-esteem lowered to zero, your career is gonna go down the dumps.here are a few cons: immature and backstabing culture evil stemming from the ceo and his accomplice who's behind the ~60 5-star review which popped up right after the company was at an all time low a couple months ago. look at the review trends section. how could a company get so many good reviews in a month? If you know how to do NLP, I highly suggest analyzing the content of those comments, you should see some really interesting trends. they oversell everything, the product to prospects, the job opportunities to poor candidates, etc. no to very little meaningful effort done for customers and employees while they spend 100s of thousands on hallow marketing efforts everything is just for short-term goals company is struggling to attract investors because the ceo is too arrogant to give away any equity and is afraid to lose his say in the board (which is basically him right now) again, I genuinely feel bad for people who fell into their trap please please please, do the needful research and contact former employees on linkedin, we'd love for you not to go through the same hell that we did...
