Fast growing naturally comes with some pains. There's a larger number of engineers than last year, and that requires adaptation to a larger number of people contributing code, and a shift in decision responsibilities. Both are necessary as the organisation grows.

Management is not focused at all, they almost seemed possessed with hiring "best people" that they are ruining the atmosphere of existing ones. Good analogy comes to mind - don't pretend you are Salesforce material company when you are not even little bit close. Respect people you hire and given them time to prove themselves. If you are the one who just likes to keep your head down and work w/o having consistent team and positive atmosphere - this might work for you. My advice - stay away
