Cons

As is the case with many startups, there are natural growing pains but the company is open to change and room for improvement.

Location Product and Engineering teams develop the product, but it still falls short among competitors.

Cons

VERY HIGH CHURN RATE for all departments from VPs to SDRs Lack of culture Toxic work environment; high stress, low morale, and lack of loyalty Mediocre product in a very saturated market Poor middle management with lack of experience and leadership qualities C Levels lack experience and tact They do not promote from within No processes or clear vision Lack of transparency across entire company

Great energy and team spirit. Office culture is great. Compensation and benefits above the average. Product is greatly accepted, and there is still so much to do.

Cons

None so far. Just some noise... Building our awesome office!
