Employees are generally good and help each other out where they can. AI product direction is good overall. Company has potential if they fix the cons. Some problems are now being addressed by the new CTO.

Cons

Too many managers. Do not listen to experienced employees. Fundamental architecture issues with product that they are unwilling to invest in. Losing lots of customers. Not willing to spend money where it's needed. CEO is single minded and is not good for the company.
