- Great Engineering culture - Great work-life balance - Great people - This is a fantastic place to start your Engineering career

Cons

- Close to none career growth and recognition. There are always excuses to not compensate for great performance making the company lose great Engineers at all levels. - Hiring surge degrading the quality of the Engineers that come in. Looks like there is a strong opinion that the more there are Engineers the faster the work will be done. This is totally incorrect and is being noticed throughout the Engineering cluster. - The ratio between Senior and Junior Engineers is extremely low. - The performance review is always delayed and the promotions seem to be heavily based on the time spent at the company instead of the shown knowledge and participations.

Worked with great colleagues, everybody was friendly and didn't care at all about levels

Cons

All the leaders are extremely non-transparent to the engineering team (I have no idea about the sales team though). Compensation for your work is pretty much non-existent
