Pros
Tallgrass leadership is aware of the daily activities and challenges everyone faces to assure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The leadership team will do everything possible to better understand the needs of its employees to assure success at work as well as their home life.
Cons
I wouldn’t say the “con” is necessarily Tallgrass’s’ fault, but I would say it’s been most challenging to alter the culture to a more desirable state for the employees. Many employees have seen a lot of change and unfortunately put Tallgrass in a negative light with some people. Tallgrass has shown great effort in the recent years to improve the employee morale and help establish a great culture!
