Pros

The freedoms you have at the company are beyond comparison. Great work life balance (when you’re not commissioning), great people to work with, flexible schedules, vacation and 401k.

Cons

Little room for advancement, high insurance costs, lack of people results in being on call often, bonuses are minuscule compared to other energy companies, hit or mis annual raises.

Decent salary. Not very hard work

Cons

Poor management, particularly in the scheduling group. Never challenged. Inconsistent salaries amongst employees. No real incentive to work harder or do more than what is required. Very little training that would benefit an employee outside of scheduling. No real culture. Pretty mundane work environment. No real perks to the job. Clock in clock out. This list could go on.
