Pros

Good Training, but lack of leads and all about cold calling where businesses are hounded by other processors and do not greet you positively, just another number

Cons

Treats everyone differently and the pay is not fair for commissions.

The payments industry is a challenging and rewarding industry, and you're right, it takes a ton of work to build up the business, make connections in your network and develop relationships everywhere you go! We believe that you have something special that would stand out from all of the other processors, because at the end of the day, clients are buying from the individual - not the company. The individual is a representation of the company brand. All of our field sales roles are located in different markets. The commission structure is the same across like-roles. Commission residuals are calculated on the businesses signed. There are opportunities for the long sale in building up relationships with referral partners (like banks) and there are short sales in connecting with small business owners. The opportunities are there and you are correct, it takes a consistent approach to build the pipeline. Thank you for your feedback! We will work to identify more ways to communicate. There is always direct line communication with your supervisor along with the team meetings and group trainings. We have an open door policy to any leader in the organization should you have any concerns or ideas. The monthly townhall meetings are also a great place to get company updates. Please feel free to contact an executive leader or a member of HR for a specific concern.

There are some wonderful people that truly care.

Cons

Not much direction. Management doesn't seem to think things thru. i.e. rolling out new products without letting support know.
